In spite of some fear for the unknown, Truman hesitated, but he still stepped in that door. Though everything was dark and full of the unknown inside, he wanted to have at least as a person's privacy and respect. He stepped into the little door and finally became an ordinary people. Bless Truman.
"As a man think, God would laugh." If there is God, who created the world and human beings, so man makes shows for God. We watch the false series and watch those actors' conscious performance; God watches soap operas, but he is seeing our unconscious performance. The director in The film is like God, who has infinite power, so he can even control thunder and lightning storm while Truman is like us numerous public. God is watching the childish act of the men every minute. When he discovers who made the unconventional move, the one will be told by people around him to correct. If he is incorrigible, then God would use his right in hand to give him a little bitter suffering to taste, which is either from natural or from the community. Anyway, God uses everything to make his rebellious backwards. When he is unmoved, bravely goes forward and when none of God's power can shake his determination, then he wins, not only himself, but also God.
